Low and Slow Cooking

Categories News

Ready Food uses a low and slow cooking method with a variety of their products including BBQ pulled pork and the BBQ pork ribs, this method ensures the meat is at it’s most tender when being served to customers.

Ready Foods managing director Iwan Thomas said ‘Here at Ready Foods we want to take the stress away from busy kitchens and allow them to re-create the same great dish every time. Our low and slow cooking method is perfect for just that, as busy kitchens don’t have the time to allow produce to cook on a low heat for 8 or more hours’.
