Data Retention
We will regularly review our databases and if we have had no relevant contact with a customer or supplier for over 7 years (the default standard retention period for HMRC records is 6 years + current year) then we will delete personal data but retain the transactional data for historic analysis and comparison purposes only.

Any personal information we hold about you is stored and processed under our data protection policy, in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 and subsequent GDPR regulations 2018.
